This page provides you the links to the files containing the MSfile-Converter.
This utility converts the binary files from Waters, Bruker and Thermo Fisher Scientific LCMS systems into a SQLite file format that can be used by Mass-Metasite (Molecular Discovery, Ltd).
Starting from July 2016, more than one converter is available, have a look at the table below and download the one which best fits your needs. Starting from October 2020 you can use the universal converter for the latest versions of MassMetaSite and MassChemSite:
Instructions:
- Download the file from the links provided by the table.
- Unzip the downloaded file.
- Configure Mass Metasite or other programs with the location of the msfile-converter.exe file.
MassMetaSite 4.X and MassChemSite 3.X
